      2. All rights in the original designs remain with the issuing postal administrations or their licensors.
  • User-Generated Content
      1. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any uploaded stamp images, descriptions, or collection data do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
      2. If infringing content is identified, Stamps.Gallery reserves the right to remove it without prior notice.
  • Notice of Claimed Infringement (DMCA Notice)

    If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that material on Stamps.Gallery infringes your rights, you may submit a written notice containing:

      2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  • Counter-Notification

    If you believe that material you submitted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

      1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
      2. The URL of the material that was removed.
      3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
      4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
      5. Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Processing of Notices

    Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Stamps.Gallery will review and respond within 10 business days. In cases where infringement is reasonably alleged, we may temporarily disable or remove the material while the matter is under review.
